Menu.del.dia.ración abundante comida tradicional lugar "enxebre" pero muy limpio.

Restaurante con comida tradicional donde el plato estrella son los callos. Sin lugar a dudas uno de los restaurantes donde si puedes disfrutar de una buena ración de callos. Es un plato reposado, con abundante casquería blanca ,a la que se le incorpora cerdo. Especies muy equilibradas. Un plato elaborado con maestría, donde la pausa se aprecia y ha sido fundamental. Precio 16 euros Bacalao a la Gallega, Buen bacalao, con escamas blanco marfil que definen al buen bacalao, está en su punto, pero sí que he notado que el proceso de desalado ha sido excesivo, estaba soso. El sofrito no es destacable, arruina el plato, para este bacalao hay que potenciarlo con un buen aceite de oliva virgen extra y un pimentón de calidad. Es un plato de 25 euros. Excesivo. Un plato de este precio necesita más: presencia, sofrito, etc. Ensaladilla nada destacable, es otra ensaladilla con su mahonesa que no marca ninguna diferencia con la que se pueda comer en otros sitios. Empanada,de atún. Puede llegar a entusiasmar. Es empanada gallega, sabrosa. Resumiendo es un lugar que si se puede disfrutar una comida tradicional y sencilla, platos abundantes, donde los callos destacan sobre los demás. Este sería el motivo para desplazarse y disfrutarlos. Me parece que los precios están un poco alejados de la realidad. No hemos tomado postre y el vino ha sido casero, se pagó 68 euros, que si le añadimos postres y vino de carta, nos ponemos en más de 80 euros y es entonces donde realmente vemos que es caro, para cobrar más de 40 euros por persona, hay que ofertar algo más.

He venido varias veces en los ultimos años, realizaron una especie de festival de pulpeiros Gallegos, vaya creo que ha sido uno de los mejores pulpos a la gallega que he probado, el lugar es muy tradicional , según averigüé tiene más de 40 años en funcionamiento, sí pasas por Oza de los Ríos, date él gusto y tiempo de comer alguna especialidad gallega.
